NOTABLE PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
Earthquake alert system - a mini project undertaken during 3rd year
This project was mainly aimed to protect the people from earthquake by early
warning and to shutdown the power distribution to avoid further loss.
Energy consumption monitoring and control through Power Line Communication
during the final year
This project was mainly aimed to measure and update energy consumed by the
consumer through power line communication. Supply can be disconnected
automatically if the bill is not paid.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Participated in MEACON 12- a National Level Technical Symposium organized by
Velammal Engineering College and won the Second Prize for presenting both
paper and Project.
The responsibility includes planning, scheduling and coordinating the
different activities pre and during symposium.
