processes for Fortune 500 company

Used Microsoft projects to plan projects when creating quotes in order for customers to see initial timeline

for repair process

Met with salesmen and customers to ensure transition process from quote to PO was smooth and to ensure

all requirements of RFQ had been met

Created new templates for quoting cost of pump repairs based on individual service centers in North America

for future inter- company use

Quoted ‘sight unseen’ repairs for pumps and decoking equipment for all of North America. Quotes had to be submitted

to customer in 5 days or less

Was asked to be a part of ‘Focus Group’ for employees- only female from location to be asked to participate

Planned out site visits when field work had to be executed. Created timelines and plans when multiple days were to be

spent at one location

CAD Design- responsibilities included creating drilling logs based on field notes, preparing site and vicinity maps showing sam

locations and groundwater gradients and incorporating lab results in the site maps.

Conducted survey of multiple different sites. Used data from site to create ground water maps for projects and to

assist in creation SWPP’s for sites.

Assisted in writing and completing reports for multiple projects. Major projects include work on Aberdeen

Proving Grounds for the US Army, Dallas Housing Authority, and NAVFACSEC.
