Management of 32 branch office facilities. Regional facility manager

responsible for all day-to-day maintenance and repairs including the

building interior/exterior and their sites. This includes

contracting for daily janitorial services, timely MEP, roof and

City Of Raleigh Hotel and Convention Center Expansion Project

Relocation of existing business tenants, 2 city blocks next to the

present convention center were acquired.. Two(2) of the tenants

were custom luxury goods retailers, one(1) 7-bay auto mechanic, and

one(1) large HVAC system design, manufacture, and installation

company. All of these tenants vacated their spaces quickly.

o Liaison between City project managers and relocating business

principals. Reporting at weekly meetings

o Location of suitable nearby commercial space and communication

of findings to relocating businesses

o Following HUD guidelines, calculated, negotiated, and

administered the payments for content moving, storage, and new

space fit-outs for four(4) non-governmental tenants

Neuse Regional Water and Sewer Authority (nrwasa.org)

Phase I, site acquisition, new $138M water main. Acquisition of 430+

easement and fee simple parcels stretching over 71 miles across most

of Pitt and Lenoir counties. This included survey and engineer

drawing review, file and matrix creation and management, and land

owner negotiations and contracting. 93 fee simple sites and

permanent easements were sent to attorneys for final closing.

o Coordination of weekly spreadsheet formatting and status upload

into Arc View based internet tracker

o Coordination of outside legal PTO, property survey, appraisal,

and department staff work during the due-diligence, notice of

intent, purchase offer negotiation, and contracting project

Recovery

Managed the replacement of over 200 single-family detached

homes. This regularly included building lot acquisition and owner

relocation, contract site preparation and construction progress

administration for the Counties of Edgecombe, Sampson, Johnston,

Bladen, and the City of Lumberton.

Key Achievements:

o Daily requesting the services of title and closing attorneys,

surveyors, appraisers, home inspectors, realtors, planning and

inspection officials, home builders, lot clearing and grading

companies, etc. to complete this work.

o Creation of project tracking and reporting Excel based matrix,

o Set-up & management of field office equipment and processes,

making regular improvements

Operated a commercial and residential emergency loss

mitigation & building restoration company.

o Provided emergency response 24/7, building cover-ups,

water extraction, and content pack-outs to twelve(12)

central N.C. Counties. Performed immediate fire and

water damage building restoration as needed (permits

o Oversight a/or completion of all sales, service, sub-

created and fully capitalized seven (7) G.E. subsidiary

o Managed daily business activities as it was being

reported using a Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet
