Commisoining Operations

. Checked and operate all equipment of Ignition & pre -heating furanace and

pipe line. Find problem and solved it with mechanical and electrical

team.

. Take cold and hot trail of Sinter machine's and its all related parts and

observed their work Conducting tests for proper run.

Maintenance Operations

. Controlling shift manpower.

. Managing the preventive/breakdown maintenance and operations of equipment

to reduce breakdowns and downtime to minimum by co-ordinating with

mechanical and electrical maintenance.

. Attending major problems associated with operation.

. Conducting tests to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety

norms.

Quality Assurance

. Efficient in Control room Process Control (SINTER PLANT).

. Producing sinter as per the chemistry required by the Blast Furnace and

also making changes in the dosing chemistry according to the fluctuat

. Making daily production report

Diploma In Mechanical Engineering in 2010 with 78% marks from AL-Kabir

Polytechnic Jamshedpur

. Intermidiate Science in 2005 with 51% marks from doranda college,Ranchi.
