I am interested in learning more about the Inland Logistics & Intermodal
Cost Analyst position you have posted on indeed.com.
My experience is slightly different from others, but I think that you will
still find it valuable for your clients. I have an MBA in International
Business, with a concentration in Trade Management. During the course of
my studies, I interned with a Trade Management company, where amongst other
duties, I handled client account fulfillment's for DDP exports. Most
recently, through self-taught instruction, I sat and passed the April 13
CBP Brokers exam and my license is currently being processed with Customs.
Throughout the last few years I have certainly become more knowledgeable
with different aspects of trade operations, global logistics, trade law and
financing, as well as with Incoterms 2010, HTS classification and CFR 19
regulations. I am actively seeking full time employment in NYC and would be
open to discuss this position or others that you deem appropriate for my
interests.
I look forward to speaking with you.
Regards,
Erik Dorrer
