and laser products to the lawn care, automotive, military and incubation

industries.. Reported to the President/ Owner. Brought on to take the

company's quality system and processes to ISO 9000 certification. In the

short period of time that I have been with J.B. Stamping, Implemented

"Operator based" inspection, internal audits, a formal E.C.R/ E.C.N

process, formal employee training and approximately 70 PPAP submissions on

new launches.

2011- 2012 - Quality Manager - Soundwich Inc. - Cleveland, OH - Automotive

Recruited to bring a quality management system that had fallen from TS

major and six (6) minor findings were corrected, implemented and approved

in under 2 months. Since that time we are well on our way to full

implementation of a true "Process/ Objective Based Approach" QMS from what

had become a "silo/ procedure" based system.

The implementation included the definition of true QMS Process "objectives"

that are measured and acted upon. My role as Quality Manager at Soundwich
