Details:

To provide the common interface for user to access all type of

database systems. As an industry norms database must be under control

of database administrator, which means no other user can access the

database but sometimes organization will give permissions to all

users to access the database for some projects and also give

permissions for their clients but sometimes manually it is not

possible. To avoid these types of problems Smart Database Tool is

introduced.

Project name: Online Land Trading System

Technology Used : JSP, Spring,Hibernate, Ajax,

Apache Tomcat Server.

Database Used : MS-SQL server 2005.

Operating System : Windows 7.

Details :

This application is useful to land buyers, sellers and agents also.

Sellers/Agents can put their land details including land address,

land size, price of land and so on.After filling all information by

seller/agent the administrator checks all details about seller and

land posted by them. Administrator will approve that lands only after

checking its details manually by verifying documents of land. If all

details are found correct then land will approve otherwise not.

Buyers can search lands as per their needs, they can see only

approved lands and apply to buy/rent. Seller/agents can see list of

buyers who has applied for their lands and then they can meet and

will take decision.
