The project was for duration of 2 months, it gave me an opportunity for

understanding the effectiveness of motivational techniques in enhancing employee

performance. The exposure gained includes an understanding of various motivational

techniques adopted by the organization and its effects on increasing the level of

employee satisfaction.

Project Name: Organizational study of Rubco huat pvt ltd.

The project was for a duration of 1 months, during which I have analyzed the

different employee engagement activities done at RUBCO and compared it with

similar activities at other corporate. The exposure gained includes an understanding

of HR process especially in the manufacturing industry.
