During this tenure I have been familiar with activities like Design and

Engineering of Automation projects (Preparation of project documents, BOM,

Schedules, Hook up, P& ID based on SCADA,PLC,PAC,DCS Systems), Calibration and

Testing of various Processes Control & Field Instruments related to Refineries,LNG

Plant.

worked as a Site Engineer for 2years in LNG terminal,Cochin, Kerala

• Engineering and Construction supervision includes calibration, cable laying, Impulse

tubing, loop checking of various instruments, gas detectors and Heat detectors.

• Manpower planning and mobilization, material planning and its flow control,

consumables arrangements, safety coordination, attending safety and progress meeting,

coordination with client, permits. Identify tools and test instruments required for

performing various activities & prepare data sheet for their procurement.

• Worked as Site Engineer for the Erection & Commissioning of above instruments.

• Gained hands-on experience in Erection and Installation of impulse pipes, junction boxes,

cable trays, cable ducts, conduits, control room panels, laying of cables and installation of

various field instruments.
