Inventory system involves a retailer seeking to acquire and maintain a proper merchandise assortment while
ordering, shipping, handling, and related costs are kept in check. It also involves systems and processes that identify
inventory requirements, set targets, provide replenishment techniques, report actual and projected inventory status and
handle all functions related to the tracking and management of material. It allows merchants to access through a web service
interface. Registered users use inventory services and when orders are placed will pick, pack and ship the products to the
merchant’s customers anytime and to any place.
Following are the broad activities performed:
Involved in creating BPEL processes.
Developed different SOAP services and Web Services using WSDL, SOAP and Oracle JDeveloper.
Developed custom XPath functions to transform messages.
Used JDeveloper IDE for coding BPEL Process Models.
Creating domain value Maps to perform runtime lookup to associate values from one application with values
