United Overseas Bank (UOB) provides a wide range of financial
services including personal financial services, private banking, commercial
and corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance, capital
market activities, treasury services, futures broking, asset management,
venture capital management, insurance and stockbroking services. Actuate
OBIEE reporting was a credit card report development project. The aim was
to cater the summary and detail report of the credit card performance in
different region and segment. Those were used by the higher management in
deciding their strategy, policy and management plans including discounts,
offers and target customers. I have been extensively involved in Reporting
Data mart and front end report design and development.

KPN is the leading telecommunications and ICT service provider in The
Netherlands, offering wireline and wireless telephony, internet and TV to
consumers, and end-to-end telecommunications and ICT services to business
customers. KPN BI Innovation was a Teradata - CLDM data warehouse
application has been created to facilitate users to have details info of
customers, offerings, billings and revenue. I have developed the 260 degree
customer care application on top of this data warehouse for KPN consumer
channel customers. It was basically a search engine on OBIEE platform to
find detail information of product used by the customer, technical
information and product details. KPN was monitoring the usage tracing
reports of this application lead them to decide the business strategy on
products, area and cost.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Interacted heavily with the users and maintained proper documentation to
ensure the required reports are properly developed.
. Involved in meetings with the Business Partners, Business Users and
gathered the Business Requirements and documented them in a systematic
manner (BRD), also discussed the technical feasibility and the system

Merck & Co., Inc. is a global research-driven pharmaceutical company
dedicated to its patients and giving them their first priority. It is one
of the oldest pharmaceutical and chemical companies in the world. Merck
requires a way to provide Incentive compensation to its Sales forces based
on their performance through the Sales teams. The Sales team data is
integrated into the system from various upstream data sources and is
categorized into Performance data, Sales data, transaction data etc. The
GHH Callidus Incentive Comp was to calculate Sales Incentives of Merck
participants under Sales performance Management and to develop the reports
on actuate/OBIEE platform. The aim was to enable company to reward sales
performers, manage channel partner promotions, maintain the quality staff,
increasing the top line revenue and reduce the bottom line costs. I have
developed the plans and rules for Sales Incentives calculation using True
Comp incentive measurement tool and displayed the results in reports in
Actuate/OBIEE platform. We applied the K means model to find the customer
segment and trends.
