Beginning with the time and billing and general ledger system overhaul, moving to the docketing and document management systems creation, on to facilitating a new records management system, then completely redesigning the firm's electronic HR and payroll system, and finally, to implementing an e-discovery software solution/database with IT and litigation support personnel.

Initiated the conversion of disparate document management, docketing and accounting systems to single firm management software which resulted in one of the only collaborative tools used by the owners to quickly look at a snap shot of their business
