Responsibilities

I am fry and mid cook. When orders come in I prepare them from memory and serve them within a reasonable time.I work alongside other as part of a time to serve guess. My duties includes prep and washing dishes. If my manager or co workers needs help I will gladly fill in any position as needed. Other responsibilities include preparing orders in a timely manner, restocking, cleaning and prepare prep for my stations and as needed for the entire restaurant. In addition everything must be dated, labed and constantly rotated under the firts in first out system. I work well and communicate with wait staff and to expedite food and to improve comuster satification. I can stand for long periods at time, work well under pressure and extreme heat and cold. I work irregular shift, both open and clothes shifts and pick up shifts as needed. I am responsible for cleaning my stations and equipment. I rountinely change grease in fryers, help put away stock and count inventory. I can lift heavy items. I work with a since of urgency and I am well organized.

I prepare food items according to menu. I work in extreme heat over a hot grill for up to six hours.I clean prepare prep and stock station. Helping co-workers on other station and stocking and cleaning are my duties but I enjoy assisting others. When closing clean floors, utincles, and wash dishes are my responsibilities. I secure products in coolers for the next shift and maintain a clean station.The workatmosphere is high volume and unpredictiable..
