Description:
We have developed a windows application to capture PHI data. This application
holds four modules KF I,VB,QA and SQA. In KF I the user will key the PHI data by
referring the claims(Images).In VB module KF I data will get display the operators will
verify the data by referring the claim page. In QA module specific fields will get focus
based on the QA criteria. SQA is the last module here user will verify the quality of
t he data. At last the data will move to conversion module. The conversion file may be
i n Excel/Text file format based on the client requirement.
