From September 2005 until September 2011, I held a position

operating a roll off truck and skid loader. I began working for Summit

Waste Incorporated in 2005, In 2010 Republic Services of Indiana

Summit Waste Inc, my employment was transferred to Republic Services.

September of 2011 my position in the Auburn Division was eliminated

therefore leaving me unemployed. I obtained my Class B Commercial

Driver's License October of 2011, and was a temporary employee for

DeKalb Construction from February 2012 until May 2012. In July 2012 I

was hired by Grabill Cabinet Company as a driver and currently maintain

employment.
