• Coordinated the construction of anatomical models that were assembled by an outside
team of 4 Developmentally Disabled Adults. These employees resided at Lamb’s Farm, a
housing facility, and we contacted the facilitator to see if they would be interested in
working with us. Over time we increased their work hours to 5 days a week and their daily
production of assembled units went up for 200 to 500.
• Took an accurate monthly count of inventory of over 50,000 pieces.
• Inspected models that were received in from the China factory for quality control by noting
any deformities and documenting each model.
