be sure all work is performed to standard. As the lead installer I use a variety of heavy equipment such as bobcats,
Kubota’s, jackhammers, chainsaws, concrete saws, tampers, wet saws. I also use tools such as tape measures, line
levels, and torpedo levels. I must obtain the correct dimensions from blue prints so that the correct amount of material
can be ordered and brought to my site. I receive direction and follow though without supervision. Using my many
skills, leadership and knowledge, I can do just about anything.

important. Quality, accuracy, and speed are needed to build the stores guest counts through great food and even better
service. We have a great team and with my people skills and ability to do my part and more we deliver great food, I
feel I am a part of accomplishing our goals as a team. Being a great and natural leader allows me to move up quickly.
In a 3 week’s time I learned the Ground Round Menu entirely, as well as the kitchen stations, equipment use and what
I would need in order to excel at my position.
General Manager
Dec, 2002 – Oct, 2008 Taco Bell, Amherst, Ohio
• General Manager of a 2 million + dollar a year Taco Bell restaurant.
• Overseeing 40 employees and 5
other Jr. Managers.
• Reaching and obtaining our targets in all numbers, such as sales projections, schedules, and forecasting
• P&L, budgeting, customer satisfaction, food orders, small wares
• Maintenance, inventory, speed of service, hiring, training
• Building the capabilities of my Jr managers.
The store is one of the busiest stores in the company; I took this below standard performances store to company goal
within my first year and I Lead it to be the best in the area in the second year. In the summer sales volumes would
reach 50k a week. Working hard and fast passed is nothing new to me. In a business where the guest check average is
5.50 along with daily sales of 5k to 9k leads to 1000 - 2000 transactions a day. In this environment it is very important
to cast a positive leadership shadow over your team. When dealing with fast food you have a goal of taking orders in
45sec and then delivering them within 60 sec, it is very important that everyone is functioning as a team to get the job
done. Keeping your staff motivated with incentives and praise, while offering guests with great service was my top
priority, but not sacrificing service or Quality. Maintaining our goals with speed, service, as well as food cost.
