Main Project:

Project Title: PC based differential & Over Current protection of generator at ENNORE

THERMAL POWER STATION (ETPS).

Description: This project is mainly focused on monitoring the various parameters of the

generator and also to protect the generator from any other faults by means of using

transducers instead of relay operating mechanism. The transducers are used to collect

system and generator parameters and are interfaced with computer. So, the generator

protection is implemented by means of single computer using time-sharing scheme.

Mini Project:

Project Title: 1.Space research Robot at THICK TECHNOLOGIES, Coimbatore.

Description: In this Project, a robot car is designed which may be useful for space

researches like availability of minerals, metals in the space. It is based on the concepts of

embedded based robotics which uses microcontroller as a hardware device in which the

programs dumped performs the entire operation.

Project Title: 2. Energy Conservation And Utilization of Solar energy at INTEGRAL

COACH FACTORY, Chennai

In-plant training in METTUR THERMAL POWER STATION during the
