Projects:
SAP: Al Futaim Motors Software Implementation (4 months)
• Designed business processes and project plan to build software with input from
executives, managers, 20+ business consultants, third party software developers and clients.
F-15: Warner Robins Air Logistics Center 561st Maintenance Squadron (4 months)
• Integrated and standardized maintenance processes and information technology
systems by designing enterprise wide solution focused on reduced multitasking and better
synchronization.
• Facilitated solution design workshops and implemented continuous process
improvement strategies. Worked with stakeholders such as Generals, directors, managers,
suppliers, customers, union stewards, mechanics, IT program managers, software engineers,
etc..
C-130: Warner Robins Air Logistics Center 560th Maintenance Squadron (11 months)
• Managed process improvement implementation, which resulted in squadron reducing
repair time from100+ to 60 days and winning the 2012 Robert T. Mason Award for Depot
Maintenance. Excellence; likened by Group Director to “winning the Super bowl of aircraft
maintenance”
• Responsible for maintenance processes being adapted to synchronize resources
including suppliers despite constant uncertainty in planning, budgeting and customer
requirements.
C-5: Warner Robins Air Logistics Center 559th Maintenance Squadron (15 months)
• Managed team that reduced Aircraft on Station from 15 to 8, eliminating aircraft
backlog.
• Coached squadron management on Critical Chain Project Management and Theory
of Constraints while implementing Realization’s Concerto Critical Chain Project
Management Software.
• Engineered metric dashboard to align managers’ performance measurements with
results.
