Diagnostician Assistant: My duties are assist the diagnostician in maintaining a positive and effective relationship
with colleagues and parents. Assist in organizing annual ARD meeting to service special education students. Share or
assume responsibilities of the confidential folders keeping them organized to meet the State of Texas rules and
regulations. Also, maintain good communication and strong working relationship with other school staff members and
parents. In charge of three campuses to make sure parents are involved in their students meeting every year.
Financial clerk:
My duty as a financial clerk includes ordering all supplies for all grade levels, take care of the petty cash collect all
money for ID badges, lost textbooks, planners, and issue receipts to students and parents. I manage every
department’s budget and verify that all departments are within budget. Other duties include and not limited to by
issuing Purchase Orders and verifying that we receive the items that were ordered. I also made cash/check deposits for
the school on a weekly basis. I made arrangements for staff meetings by taking account of attendees and
ordering/catering the food. Also, I had breakfast duty once a week and lunch duty every day.
FORT BEND ISD; Sugar Land, Texas (July 2005 – July 2006)
Counselor Secretary:
My duties included registration for all incoming students, setting up new files, and making sure that information for
any special education or 504 services is obtained. Requesting records and grades from former schools and forwarding
this information to the student’s teachers. Other duties include participation in ARD meetings for Special Education
and work the reception area answering phones and assisting parents with any questions or concerns.
District Aide: (August 2002 – June 2005)
Duplicating copies of materials for the faculty; answering phones in the front office; greeting parents and assisting
them with questions and concerns. Cross-trained in the assistant principal office. I am familiar with working with the
students, answering question for the parents that might call. I also have trained in the attendance office. I am familiar
with the codes and the substitute sign in sheets. Also, familiar with the reports that are ran on a daily basis.
FLUOR DANIEL: Sugar Land, Texas (February 2001 to November 2001)
Administrative Assistant I:
Job responsibility includes the following: Coordinating the interviewees that come to the Engineering department for
interviews. Making sure they are directed to at least three people for an interview. Coordinated to sure that new hires
have a workstation, telephone and ordered computers prior to all new hires start date. Distributed the meeting agendas
to staff prior to the engineering department weekly staff meetings. Consolidated and provided a weekly staff report,
which consist of 250 employees. Updating the report as directors move employees from one assignment to another
and making sure a request is made to transfer their belongings to their next assignment. Set up training classes for all
process and technical engineers. Catering is ordered for classes during lunch sessions and enrollment forms are
supplied for attendees to sign in and receive credit for their classes. Assisted by handled the course announcements,
scheduling enrollments and employee inquiries. Maintained the department’s training records, files and education
database. Ordered and maintained supplies of all related training materials. Receiving resumes via e-mail and
updating them to a “Flour Daniel format” and placed where only the directors have access for review.

Clerk I:
Manage engineering/supplier documentation assisted in receiving/processing and distributing documents. Making the
drawings available to the engineers and distributing them in a timely manner. Distributed incoming mail daily;
scanning and batch printing documents which were shipped to the work site as needed.
NALCO CHEMICAL CO: Sugar Land TX (1990-1995)
Accounting Clerk:
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to accounts payable and receivables, data entry, check processing,
disbursement of checks. Stamped and mailed over 500 checks a day and attached remittance to all the checks and
heavy filing. Data entry input invoices information. Assisted with audit requested quarterly. Also did stop payments
when needed.

Accounts Payable Clerk:
Responsible for matching requisitions to purchase orders, invoices, coding, keypunch, and mailed my portion of the
alphabet. Everything would be filed away after processing. Assist with record retention. Front desk duty/telephone
reception rotation. Process checks for deposit via remote deposit machine. Worked as a team player with the corporate
accounting department staff. Assist with special projects as needed.
