(4x210) TPH CFBC Boiler M/s. Bhushan Power & Steel Limited, an

integrated Steel & Power Plant, Sambalpur, ( Orissa), from Dec. 2009

to till date.

. CURRENT CTC : - 3.60 LAKH.

WORK PROFILE

. Maintain proper history of equipment maintenance through SAP-PM

Module.

. Working in 2x130 MW units in Mechanical Maintenance department.

. Monitoring safety aspects of maintenance jobs being carried out during

shutdown.

. Maintenance of CFBC Boiler (4x210TPH), & all auxiliaries related to

boilers and Turbines (2x130MW) (Fans, pumps, valves, pressure parts

and non pressure parts).

. Preparing Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, Execution Plans,

Supervising commissioning activity, Start up & Operation.

. Commissioning of Boiler & their Auxiliaries parts.

. Trial run of equipments Fan, Air Heater, Mills, Pre Check before light

up of boiler.
