Small rural clinic serving various patient population with diverse clinical diagnosis including hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, multiple sclerosis, embolic stroke, anemia, sinusitis, pneumonia, COPD, asthma, bronchitis, reactive hypoglycemia, ulnar nerve entrapment, lumbar strain, sacroiliac strain, etc.

Responsibilities included morning hospital rounds with SOAP notes; clinical history and physicals, minor procedures including joint injections, skin excisions, cryotherapy for skin lesions, suture placement and removal, and assisting in vasectomies

Urban clinic serving 60 patients per clinic day with diverse clinic diagnosis with emphasis on surgical replacement of hips/knees, open reduction internal fixation of all types of bone fractures, carpal tunnels release, and knee/shoulder arthroscopy
