Engineers (electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, metallurgical,

hydraulic), Production Coordinators, Technicians as well as machine

operators and support staff.

. Developed and managed annual operations budget of $25+ million

variable and fixed cost.

. Managed storage and utilization of $500+ million scrap metals and raw

materials.

. Efforts resulted in a total departmental cost performance improvement

of more than 25% over 4 years, through engineering and management

leadership of process developments and changes.

operation.
