manufactures and assembles injection molded parts. Responsible for preventing and closing
internal and global warranty issues while meeting customer deadlines. Apply 8D root cause
analysis, fishbone diagram, 5 why, and 5W2H tools for problem solving. Demonstrate
knowledge of control plans, PFEMA, work instructions, and process flows. Develop quality

LED outdoor lighting in a LEAN environment. Assured the results were acceptable and within
tolerances. Proved process was stable and capable of producing a quality part to prevent a loss in
