. Worked with Testing Technology team that owned and maintained multiple

tools used by different teams to manage their workflows.

. Contributed to an individual ROI that exceeds yearly objective of 3:1 in

tackling some complex assignments and developing new features for these

tools.

. Implemented a new tool named Auto Data Staging Request Suite used in

Verizon internally to track customer requests and issues related to FIOS

customers.

. Developed a smart tracking tool to track project release details of each

phase of Software Development Life Cycle that was used by all the

Program Managers of Order and Billing Organization of Verizon

Telecommunications.

. Analyzed code and database schema to consolidate the data model and

reduced the number of tables in the database by more than 50%. Designed

an archiving solution to maintain historical data in a separate database

to improve the performance of the system and also developed a screen to

view data from the history database and implemented an elegant solution

using temporary tables to improve the performance of the history screen.

. Created several new stored procedures to access data from database

Auto Data Staging Request Suite

Built the tool used by Verizon internal offshore team to track and resolve

issues related to Verizon FIOS customer orders. Maintained and enhanced new

features according to business requirements to update order status and

built SSIS reports for the team.

Portfolio Management Tool

Investigated and implemented the solution for historical data conservation

to allow for "recovery" in situation of code failures and/or ability to

recast metrics in future. Also, created a GUI to view the historical data

to be used by all privileged users of this tool in Verizon. Developed new

user-friendly interface to capture release milestone details available at

single click for all client initiated projects in Verizon telecom used by

Program Managers. This solution will allow all the applications in the

organization to access this only source table to obtain release information

and interim dates to each release as needed to generate reports for

executives.

Trace Tracker

Produced reports used by Verizon testers and Project managers to track the

test cases entered in the tool.

Service Desk

Contributed to improve this tool used as confidential reports repository

for Verizon team and programmed tracking mechanism to track illegal usage

of confidential reports.

Quality Center

Contributed to transform multiple DTS reports to SSIS reports for this

third party tool customized for Verizon internal use.

SAP Security Administration Website

Built the request tracking system for all SAP clients used within Verizon

to provide user provisioning and notification workflow. All the users of

website can also view the status of their request and get email

notifications for approvals.

AppCentral- RMA Website

Migrated the front end and back end of web application to new version of

technology.

Implemented Purchasing System that provided organization with control and

visibility over the entire life-cycle of a transaction as well as full

RmotifDB Tool
