I took lead in end to end development life cycle of the PushTones Application, working closely with

Designers and Developers.

-Worked on the Conceptualisation of Idea to Wireframes.

-Designed and Developed a Database Schema.

-Designed and Developed the back-end Services & API's for the Android Application client.

-Developed the Android Application client.

PushTones is the new way to communicate with your friends. It's a lightning fast, powerful free voice and

text messenger. The coolest part is that with each text, voice-text or phone call you can push ringtones and

audio clips that ring as your friends' alerts - you set their ringtones! You may also simply PUSH your friends

ringtones, audio clips, your location, cute pictures of puppies, and much more without typing a message.

ClearMaps Builder(GSoC 2010)

ClearMaps is an Action Script framework for interactive cartographic visualization. The project aims to

address some of the common technical challenges faced when building interactive, data driven maps for the

web. The objective of the project is to include the line simplification that prevents the creation of gaps

between adjacent polygons to have smooth lines and curves in the map such that it loads quickly into

ClearMaps Builder.

NetScanner Application (Using Adobe AIR)

NetScanner is an LAN based Application targeted for students, professionals and all those user groups

requiring a P2P platform for information exchange. It was created for user groups which have functional local

network (LAN, Wi-Fi etc NetScanner helps user to scan the network group for available systems. It allows

NetScanner Application was submitted as a part of Gumbo Rumble event conducted by Codefest

(Department of Computer Engineering-IT BHU) and sponsored by Adobe. NetScanner Application got First

Prize, Merit certificate & also lots of appreciations from Adobe

NEW HYBRIDIZED ALGORITHM FOR VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM

An adaptive nature inspired algorithm (Ant Colony Optimization) explained, concretely implemented, and

applied in routing vehicles in wireless networks. The objective is to minimize total traveled distance and the

number of vehicles such that the traffic is controlled on each route. Submitted as a part of 4th year B-Tech

Mini Project and also presented in IIT Madras for the event SimChamp (Shaastra-2009 National level

Techfest) and got many appreciations.

SEARCH - X

January 2010 to April 2010

A semantic search engine which takes the semantic meaning of each keyword in the given search query and

searches in the repository of web pages and displays result. In this projected, we mainly focused on the

semantics of the keyword and the performance of the search. For example if the user query is "Cost of

iPhone", we designed an algorithm to search for "Price of iPhone" etc.., replacing the semantic meanings for

the context of the search.

Implementing the effective parser for the web pages and indexing in database to improve the performance of

search are the highlights.Submitted as a part of my 4th year B-Tech Main project.
