Instrumentation technician

Manage work flow, and make decision based on priorities. Conduct testing,scaling,and troubleshooting at component level electronic circuits,and instruments.Calibrating many types of Temperature sensors and instruments such as Thermometer Controllers, and Temperature chart recorder, RTD instruments, thermistor instruments, humidity sensors and transmitters instruments, and IR calibration.

Calculate accuracies of instruments, for all function including ranges.

Work from engineering drawing,schematic.

Work with engineers to resolve drawing and Bill materials errors. Maintain ISO9001CERTIFICATION OF LAB Procedures and equipments. Monitors Standard in the Lab to ensure it compliance with ISO 9001.

Perform calibration by simulating voltage/thermocouple versus temperature. Generate RTD and thermistors curves, resistancee versus temperature.

Work safety with AC Voltage up to 750VAC, and DC voltage up to 1000 DCV.

Perform transmitter calibration by wiring loop current or voltage and using analog output configuration voltage or current to calculate temperature or humidity

Perform scaling transmitters by input temperature and output 4to 20 mADC and vise versa.

Calibrate low gage pressure both digital and analog.

Follow complex calibration procedures,and personal initiative to perform instruments adjustments.

Provide calibration Certificate with the the test resul data to the customers according to ISO 9001CERTIFICATION along with the accuracies of the instruments. and store the calibration data in the company log book.
