The project involved resolution of tickets logged for the CA Clarity

product by CA customers worldwide. This included support for CA Clarity

versions 12.0, 12.1, 13.0, 13.1 with all configuration types

Project involved the upgrade from CA Clarity 7.5.3 to CA Clarity 12 for

one of the largest telecom companies in Australia. This was recognized

by CA at the time as the largest successful Clarity Upgrade in the

world. The implementation is one of the largest implementations with

over 200 processes and an equal number of complex reports and Portlets.

It is used by all portfolios organization-wide wide for management of

technology as well as non-technology projects. The implementation

included use of all Clarity modules with extensive customization along

with multiple interfaces to other external applications.

Responsibilities:

. Primary Technology Lead (Team lead).

. Involved in end to end upgrade process starting from impact analysis to

post upgrade steady state support.

. Performed Technical as well as functional Impact Analysis of Upgrade on

existing version implementation. Identified risk areas and recommended

mitigation strategies.
