the system

entrusted to the maintenance department

• Monitor all maintenance contracts and supervise completion of

maintenance work

• Oversee inspections of buildings and equipment and keeping the schools

buildings, equipment and security systems (fire alarms, smoke detectors,

pull stations, keypads, etc.) in compliance

• Solely responsible for all weekend on-call maintenance service.
