Community Involvement and Volunteer Service
2000- Present - Chair, Xerox Hispanic College Liaison Program (HCLP)
Responsible for the strategy, execution and management of the HCLP program.
This Xerox program is designed to increase the number of Hispanics in
engineering/technical majors by providing financial resources such as,
scholarships and grants. HCLP currently serves 22 universities throughout
the United States and Puerto Rico and has provided over $3.2 million
dollars to students in the form of scholarships and grants. As Chair I also
provide leadership support to my college liaison managers.
YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County - Executive board member since 2013.
Latinas Unidas (LU) of Rochester - active member since 2010
Latinas Unidas is an organization dedicated to uniting Latina women from
different segments of the Greater Rochester Community who share common
concerns and interests affecting women.
STEM RCSD Initiatives : involved with Xerox STEM initiatives to support the
Rochester City School District in developing and encouraging students to
pursue a career in engineering, math, and sciences.
Also member of the Xerox Women's Alliance, Xerox Leadership Association,
