2011 - Present Murphy US Onshore Health and Safety Supe rvisor
Develop Eagle ford policies and programs detailing definitive stance on the critical H&S issues. Revise
existing H&S standards with management system, and communicate revised standards in a clear and
simple manner. D evelop broad guidance document to establish a base H&S program in US Onshore
operations, including contractor prequalification & management, competency frameworks and core
policies.
Take actions judged to be necessary coming from the current effort to gauge implementation of the
Murphy Safety Management System. Continue the evolution of the Emergency Management Team with

Eagle ford program implementation including all resources and expenses needed at Field a nd BU levels.

2007- 2011 Murphy US Onshore and GOM Safety and Health Supervisor
To provide safety advice and safety guidance in support of the company GOM and US onshore
operations. Conducting internal safety audits of the Company operations, Compiling safety audit rec ords
and monitoring progress to close out of action items.
Assist in the Management System program. Assist in the preparation, revision and updates of the MS
manuals.
Investigate or manage the investigation of incidents. Monitor accidents statistics, c ompile records and

Conducts program assessments to identify department program deficiencies. Collects, analyzes and

Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or

operations, and Construction projects.
Enhance processes and documentation de velopment to strengthen Managing Safe Work requirements
and ensure interfaces between the Business Unit requirements and Major Capital Projects (MCP) are
