switchgear panel, control console, CT, PT, SF6 Circuit Breaker, isolator and Lighting
Arrester to be used in the high Voltage Switchyard project.
Design and fabrication of LT panels, MCC Panel and synchronizing panels for electrical
substation and power plants.
Ensure the smooth operation of existing 50MW Power Plant, maintain the contracted plant
availability and plant load factor.
Ensure positive cash flow in all operation Phase.
Achievements & Contribution:
Preparation of complete Tender submission document for 50MW Rental Power Plant.
Prepare the tariff analysis sheet and financial model for the project implementation and
regular Operational expenses.
Played main role for Design, engineering procurement and total construction of 50MW Power
Plant Project.

Prepare guideline for selecting proper equipment, vendors and service providers for the
project implementation.
Lead the Implementation and operational team of 50MW Power Plant and aligned all the
equipment Supplier, vendor and service provider to achieve the common goal of successful
implementation within the schedule time & budget.
Use of Microsoft Project to Prepare Gantt Chart for successful and timely project
implementation
Ensured Coordination and synchronization of major Equipment suppliers and vendor for
effective and timely implementation of project.
Ensured timely approval and licensing from all required Govt. Authorities and be compliant
with all the required process of setting up new Power Plant.
