polymers, Spud muds, Salt gel, Hydro gel, XCD Polymer, PHPA Polymer,
Lime mud, Lignosulfinate, Chrome Lignosulfinate, Blackwater), oil
based drilling fluids (diesel), synthetic based drilling fluids
(Biobase 300/Jetbase) and work over KCL drilling fluids along with
dewatering systems.

caving & well flow high pressure kicks.
. Experienced in the optimal use of solid controls equipment systems
(Mud cleaners, Dryer shakers, Single and Dual Centrifuges, Dewatering
systems, Positive displacement and Mechanical pumps (Gorman
Rupp/Mission Magnum) and Auger style solids drying systems) and proper
use of closed loop and open reserve pit systems solid waste disposal.

dispersed water based, salt water polymer, and synthetic oil based drilling
fluids in the Marcellus shale/Burkett shale regions. Conducted training on
well view hydraulics, well reporting, filing, engineer accounting,
enhancement aspects and recaps for multiple engineers in the region.
Maintained a less than 3% cost error on end of well recaps while
supervising junior engineers during their training sessions. Introduced and
developed anti-bacterial drilling plans for Shell, later used by other
operators in the region.
