Edged lenses into frames using the Santenelli Nidek 3D Fit Patternless Edger-1000 or LE9000 SX Express: also Optronics Horizon II & Horizon III.

Produced the thinnest and lightest lenses possible using polycarbonate.

Specialized in grinding and edging polycarbonate lenses.

Grinded various specialty lenses and advanced refractive errors: Bi-concave myodisc, meniscus, biconvex, progressives, executives, slab-offs, aspheric supermods, and transitions.

Designed the most efficient algorithms to obtain the necessary dioptric combinations to acquire the match the prescription diopter power perfectly and maintain minimal lens thickness.
