3). calculating the forces obtained at mounting bearings in the stern tube and verification of nominal values,
4) checking the forces of bearings installation propulsion (stern tube bearings, intermediate shaft bearings, reduction gear) after alignment gearbox - calculation of the bearing reactions,
5). fastening the gearbox, main engine on foundation with epoxy resins (Epocast, Chockfast),
6) mounting bolts stretch used to the fix of main engine on the foundation, radial fit bolt (type SKF, PILGRIM),
7). fastening the main engine and diesel generator on resilient mounting,
8). fastening the shaft generator on chocks type Vibracon,
9). tightening the screws using device hydraulic Hytorc at torque moment specified,
10). for the flushing hydraulic system and flushing of Main Engine and Diesel Generators L.O., F.O., COOLING Systems in the washing diagrams I introduced additional equipment which involves insurance calculations of flow, pressure, flow rates for inner cleaning of installtion (pumps, filters, provisional piping),
11). fitting the rudder stock into the rudder blade using oil injectors for expansion (high pressure) and hydraulic nut to hold the cone,
12). mounting steering gear - Rolls-Royce type “Tenfjord” SR 722…..743,
13). mounting of Vesconite, Thordon bush cooled in liquid nitrogen in the rudder trunk lower bearing.
