Project Name: TSPM(Trip Source Profile manager).

Client : FedEx, Nestle, Sodexo, etc..

Description:

TSPM is a profile management system, with a web-based interface and is an important product in BCD Travel global corporate strategy. BCD Travel uses it as a central repository for profiles across BCD Travel. TSPM allows rights based definition of BCD Travel office, user hierarchy, client hierarchy, client users and profiles. TSPM offers the flexibility of dynamically setting up the customer specific profile information and display it in specifically designed templates. TSPM also has the capability to synchronize the profiles to most of the GDSs and OBEs across the travel industry. This product also allows the external systems to pull/push profile information using TSPM web services and also display the information in TSPM designed templates from their interfaces.

• Extracting the required traveler profile data from the source database (flat files, excel).

• Developed mappings to meet the business requirements of clients.

• Implemented logic to update the existing data and to insert the new record.

• Involved in support and Deployment tasks.

Project Name: Bulk Import

Client : Nestle, FedEx, Sodexo, Novel Emea, etc..

Description:

Bulk Importer imports data from the client database. It’s main function is to import the Passenger data from client and check if the data entered is correct according to the rules mentioned in the lookup table created by the client. While Importing it checks if the data in particular field is correct else the incorrect data is thrown as error log through mails for research and analysis purpose to check the cause of errors.

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member

• Involved in analyzing the cause of the error.

• Used SQL queries to get the required information to solve the error.

• Check if the data entered is correct according to the rules mentioned in the lookup table created by the client.

• Matching the values got with the TSPM Database for correctness.

• Proving the best solution as to how the error is caused and solutions for corrections..
