Skills

I was raised in the construction business. Started working with my father at age ten. Developed associated skills as I grew older and capabilities increased. I became a journeyman carpenter in 1979. I took over more and more responsibilities as I acquired more the experience.

I took over the business in 1989. I am responsible for all aspects of running my business except for tax preparation. I incorporated in 1998. I have worked on projects from residential to medium sized commercial jobs. I have carried a Topeka license sense they were first required. And have taken all CEUs required.

I have good knowledge and experience working with Architects, engineers and designers. I have worked with most every type of Sub-Contractor. I have always worked with my tools and understand processes and productivity. Working with city/national codes, ADA and fire codes have always been an important issue with me in my business.

I have in the past worked with several civic and volunteer groups. From total gut/ rehabs to leading groups of workers building new homes in storm ravaged Florida.

I am drug free, have a good driving record and am in good health.
