RESPONSIBILITIES

Designed, managed and implemented installation of TDMA and GSM networks for Franca, SP, Brazil. Performed testing and maintenance of networks.

- Participated on site visits to certify that constructions and performances matched site’s design.

- Performed testing on network and single cell drive tests (coverage, hand-off, and interference) in proposed and existing sites using TEMS Ericsson receiver and Ericsson Investigation.

- Optimized the city’s TDMA and GSM network as necessary

- Interacted with RF engineers and site acquisition personnel to determine optimal location for proposed base stations

- Performed commissioning of base stations (consisting of parameter programming, frequency tuning, power level adjusting, voltage level adjusting, and coax line sweeps).

- Performed testing, maintenance and upgrades of Ericsson RBS 884 base station’s components

- Implemented GPRS and EDGE.
