Promoted to serve as team lead for a technical staff of 6. Holds overall responsibility for the delivery of
activities related to production support operations and new software development, using Microsoft technologies, of
custom computer systems automating Medicaid audit, reimbursement, and rate setting functions for 450+ long-term
care facilities with annual budget of $2+ billion. Provides supports in administrative operation activities such as
corporate guidance and information security compliance, performance reviews, hiring, and career development.

* Proposed and implemented innovative business and .NET information system solutions that reduced by 50% the
lifecycle of cost report processing resulting in contract expansion and successful renewals.

Web applications were hosted on Windows servers with IIS 6.0 and SQL server 2000.

* Maintained over 99.5 % system uptime between 2001 and 2003 complying with HP zero outage campaign.
