Separation/Railroad Relocation project. Performed extensive coordination with VTA and sub-
consultants. Led the preparation of technical specifications and cost estimate. Performed
quality control reviews of project plans. The project is currently under construction.
• Devore I-15/I-215 Interchange Design-Build Project, Los Angeles, CA – Led
southbound geometric design for this major interchange reconfiguration project in pre-award
phase.
• Kato Road Grade Separation, Santa Clara County, CA – Project Engineer, Package Manager
and Specification Manager for the design of a $22 million project. The project includes utility
relocations, DSM walls, bridges, new drainage facilities and pump station, roadway
geometrics and lane reconfiguration, railroad relocation. Coordinated with VTA and managed
sub-consultants. Led the preparation of technical specifications and cost estimate. Performed
quality control reviews of project plans. The project is currently under construction.
• Caltrain Safety Improvements, Santa Clara County, CA – Project design lead for safety
improvements at 36 grade crossings and Project Manager for the construction support. Work
included preparation of design documents, managing staff, budget, schedule, and coordination
with government agencies. This project has completed construction
• Marin/Sonoma Narrows C2 - US 101 HOV Widening Project, Sonoma County, CA -
Project design lead for Traffic Management Plan, Stage Construction and Area signs of this 3-
mile HOV Lane Widening project.
• CA High Speed Train Project, Caltrain Corridor, San Francisco Bay Area, CA – Project
engineer for the 15% design of 50 miles of high speed train alignment connecting San
Francisco and San Jose. Work included the Hydrology and Hydraulics study for the entire
corridor and quality control reviews of project drainage and roadway plans.
• I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Design-Build, Los Angeles, CA – Wall Task Lead for
the South Segment of this $700 million, 10-mile HOV widening design-build project. Led the
design of various types of retaining walls and sound walls, preparation of construction
documents and facts sheets, and coordination with sub consultants. The project is under
construction.
• PCJPB/Caltrain, San Bruno Grade Separation, San Bruno, CA – Roadway design lead
for the 4-Track option of a $112 million project to eliminate the hazards of four at-grade
roadway and railroad crossings. Led the design of three major street improvements, two grade
crossing improvements and a transit center. This project has completed construction.

• Calaveras Blvd (SR237) Improvement - Milpitas, CA: Participated in PSR and ASE for
roadway and two bridges.
•Pacheco Transit Center – Contra Costa, CA: Designed a bus transit hub of six bus stations,
including grading and drainage.
• San Martin Park & Ride - San Martin, CA: Responsible for roadway design. Project
consisted of San Martin Avenue widening, Monterey Road deceleration/acceleration lanes and
a new parking lot. The project had completed construction.
• West Capitol Avenue Streetscape - West Sacramento, CA: Responsible for major
roadway design on West Capitol Avenue. Project includes preliminary plans for 9,000 ft of
streetscape improvements and urban design guidelines.
• Artichoke Ave project - Monterey County, CA: Performed roadway design for a 0.5
mile HY156 exit road and a HY1 underpass structure.
• Woodland Gateway Retail Project - Woodland, CA: Off-site roadways design for a
shopping center that will include two major retailers and other shops.
•Schulte Sports Park– City of Tracy, CA: Responsible for Schulte Rd widening, on-site road,
parking lots design and site grading for a 150-acre sports complex.
•Carlo Street Off-ramp Conversion- Milpitas, CA: Design for the SR237 off-ramp. The
project had completed construction.
• Broadway Ave Improvement- City of American Canyon, CA: Roadway, grading and
drainage design for widening & improvement of 2,000 ft of roadway.
