Maintenance Manager

Provided leadership to 14 indirect maintenance technicians, 3 indirect mold shop technicians, and two direct maintenance and mold shop foremen in a 24/7 plastic injection and compression molding facility manufacturing food grade bottle caps. The 13 acre facility includes a rail siding, 9 resin silos, 25 300 Ton Van Dorn Presses, 4 Husky Presses, 4 500 Ton Kraus Maffei Presses, 3 Sacmi Compression Molders, and secondary equipment including multiple labelers and printers.
