Project Details:

AT&T Mobility is the no: 1 service provider for telecommunications and Internet service provision in USA. I work for the team which manages the entire backend of their 300+ ecommerce web server environment. All issues are subjected to resolution under their relevant service level agreement.

Responsibilities

Internal and external web monitoring of AT&T's ecommerce division

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for UNIX/LINUX Issues.

Modify scripts for use with Keynote.com to assess site availability as well as creating scripts to test code prior to production release.

Handle basic system administration duties across several Solaris clusters including disk management, log archiving, rebooting instances, and resubmitting failed orders.

Monitor logs and application output for reoccurring issues using Nagios, SiteScope, Oracle Web logic, and log tailing.
