MCL Industries: A privately held manufacturing company who manufactures Electrical controllers and wire harnesses for Dept. of Defense, with annual sales of over $30M, located in Pulaski, WI.
· Taught, trained, coached and mentored the entire company on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory, application tools and tactics, to achieve greater efficiencies, reduce waste and improve competitiveness, while transferring the company into a World Class Enterprise.
· Created a CI team with four direct reports, along with efficiency outline to support employee development.
· Conducted 6 events with a saving of $130K with efficiency overall improvement of 10 %.

Ariens Company: A privately held manufacturing company who manufactures Snow blowers and Lawn movers, with annual sales of over $200 MM, located in Brillion, WI.
· Initiated and implemented strategic plans to meet corporate goals, which reduced CPM from 80,000 to 40,000 per month and warranty by 10% annually, saving over $3,000,000.
· Reviewed and approved all product specifications and test plans which improved first time test yield to 90%, with a saving of over $200,000.
· Led and facilitated 30 Lean events, which consist of Value Stream Mapping, Std work, 3P Design events and other Kaizen events, with saving off over $500,000 and inventory reduction of $1,000,000.
