CRM is a strategy that is used to learn more about the customers' needs and behaviours in order to strengthen the relationships with company and customers. Invoice and bill numbers automatically print's when you fill up required data. Creating, editing, deleting customer and vendor list details. Payment receiving and paying it will do automatic bank reconciliation. General ledger maintains item details and bank details. Generation of the all schedules of balance sheet and profit and loss account. Year end process will automatically generate the opening balances for customer and vendor schedule.
