CAREER HISTORY
Global Supply Chain Manager, Don Joy
Orthopedics, 2010 to 2011. Oversaw global
supply chain, including supply and demand
processes. Served as Business Process Trainer,
leading the development, implementation,
education and training of S&OP process.
Managed three staff and $50M+ inventory.
Director of Operations, PCA Aerospace, 2008 to
2010. Led materials/operations for a $38M
diversified, multi-site aerospace
manufacturer, providing complex machined
components, subassemblies and kitting
programs. Blended Lean philosophy with
technology, achieving high degree of product
flexibility. Managed six staff and $10M
budget.
Sr. Industry Consultant, Infor, 2006 to 2008.
Used Lean initiatives to support supply chain
and advanced planning/scheduling (APS)
engagements for $3B firm's ERP business.
Conducted detailed customer site surveys,
quickly identifying Key Performance Indicators
(KPI's) and formulating business case
solutions to close gaps.
Sr. Industry Consultant, Cincom Systems, 1999
to 2006. Provided direction for all Lean
manufacturing and DFT sales. Completed site
surveys, executive business reviews and ROI
assessments for $120M ERP software provider.
Managed post-sales customer contacts,
providing project planning, training and
implementation.
