Insurance experience is not required. We can teach insurance — we’re looking for someone with the drive to learn, sell, and succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Cross-sell additional insurance products
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
