Karma Hair and Nail Lounge jobs

✂️ LICENSED HAIRSTYLIST WANTED — YOUR SALON HOME IS WAITING! 🖤

Karma Hair and Nail Lounge | Melbourne, FL (Suntree Area)

Tired of Salon Drama? Ready for a Fresh Start?

Let’s be honest. You got into this industry because you love making people feel beautiful — not because you wanted workplace drama, negativity, or a schedule that controls your life.

What if you could have the freedom of being your own boss AND work somewhere you actually feel supported?

At Karma Hair and Nail Lounge, we’re building something different. We’re a salon family where stylists support each other, clients feel like family, and you can focus on growing your business in a welcoming, inclusive, and drama-free environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a licensed Florida hairstylist with an established clientele who wants to grow their business in a positive environment.

You should be professional, dependable, passionate about your craft, and someone who values teamwork and mutual respect.

We don’t expect everyone to be best friends. We DO expect people to treat each other well.

THE FREEDOM TO BUILD YOUR OWN SUCCESS

This is an independent booth rental opportunity. You’re your own boss, keep your service earnings, manage your clientele, and have the freedom to build your business your way.

Weekly booth rental. Ask us about our current rental special!

READY TO LOVE WHERE YOU WORK AGAIN?

You spend so much of your life at work. Shouldn’t it be somewhere you feel comfortable, respected, and happy to walk into?

If you’re ready to leave the negativity behind and find a salon that values both your talent and your peace of mind, we’d love to meet you.
