We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy and self-motivated Property Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of three privately owned residential properties near Bashaw, Alberta.
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining residential properties to a high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for interior cleaning, outdoor property maintenance, minor repairs, equipment maintenance, and assisting with various property-related tasks.
Because the property owner visits only periodically, the successful candidate must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of integrity, reliability and attention to detail.
