A specialized janitorial cleaning company providing directed facility management and cleaning services for Kia Motors Manufacturing.


Job Responsibilities

1. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

2. Workforce Management: Supervise, assign, and manage daily operations for 7–10 field employees

3. Human Resources (HR): Perform overall HR administrative functions, including recruitment, labor management, and time/attendance tracking

4. Inventory & Vendor Services: Order cleaning supplies and equipment; handle customer service and communication with external vendors

5. Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with internal Kia manufacturing standards; attend safety meetings and conduct safety and job training for staff

6. Administration & Reporting: Create PowerPoint presentations for training and reporting purposes

7. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
