Done Right Pest Solutions provides helpful solutions to residents in the Twin Cities metro area Minnesota and beyond dealing with pest issues in their home or business.
We're a team of 6 individuals: 4 full-time owners and employees, 1 part-time technician and 1 seasonal part-time technician.
We're looking to add another full-time pest control technician to our staff. We value hard work, open communication, and honesty. We are transparent with our clients in how approach pest control, with the goal of solving each issue. We understand that each pest issue is different and each home, business, and apartment is different. As such, we take all of this into consideration during the inspection, identification, treatment, and follow-up process.

We specialize in multi-family housing pest control, so there are days when you will be at 1 location the entire day, entering units, assessing pest activity levels, treating accordingly, and moving on to the next set of units or buildings.
We also perform residential pest control and commercial pest control; so while there are days when you may have 8 to 10 stops, we are paving the way for a different type of pest control leadership! Most pest control companies are concerned with production and quotas, we don't have production or quotas. We want you to do a good job, a job done right, at every single job. So we pay a salary with some benefits, room for growth, and promotions.
